Podcaster許雯晴（小哈）是一名劇場導演、編劇，平面設計師同時也是發了好幾首單曲的創作歌手？
本身擁有著躁鬱症、強迫症、解離症，立志用生命與文字書寫自己的故事。podcast 是小哈一個新的篇章，會集結心理、音樂、藝術為主軸，podcast 名稱「天才」、「瘋子」這兩個相對立的字詞竟然能夠並存，更被描繪得只有一線之差，是小哈作為節目初衷。天才和瘋子、正常和瘋狂，或許都只有一線之隔。
期許用訪談方式深入每個來賓內心世界及領域裡的不容易。
第二集邀請到來自馬來西亞的女孩陳佩賢，如何懷抱歌手夢來台灣闖出自己的一片天。現如今是台灣華劇ost創作歌手，我們來聽聽她的故事。
