About this listen

In this Episode, join special guest Leandro and I as we explore through his personal journey within the schooling system — as a student then teacher — and as we unpack the conditioning that most of us carry. We break things down to better understand how to support our children’s innate learning abilities and ways we can create environments and experiences that support our children in thriving vs becoming another link in the corporate/institutional chain.

Leandro is a former primary school teacher, devoted dad, and husband from Switzerland. His journey began inside the very system he once believed in - teaching within what’s often praised as one of the world’s ‘best’ education systems. But behind closed classroom doors, he uncovered a much different reality.

Driven by a deep desire for truth and freedom, Leandro made the bold decision to leave his teaching career, relocate his family to Australia, and raise his voice against the limitations of modern education.

Today, he’s on a mission to empower parents to break free from conventional schooling, trust their children’s natural curiosity, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

Through his work, Leandro guides families on the path of unschooling - helping them unlearn, decondition, and create a life where learning is led by love, not control.
