My guest this week is Aishling Sheridan. Aishling is an Athletic Therapist by trade and plays Ladies Gaelic Football for both her club and county in Ireland. She is also currently signed with the Collingwood Football Club in Melbourne where she plays AFLW. In this episode Aishling talks about her commitment to the two team sports and we also talk about how the two sports differ. She grew up in a house filled with GAA and tells us about the dedication she has given both sports over the last couple of years. Aishling runs her own online business offering clients training and nutrition programmes to better their fitness and overall health.
