About this listen
In this conversation, join Brittany and I as we discuss her work as an INNATE Postpartum care practitioner and the role of communal support for Mothers & their families during the early postpartum period.
We explore through the main pillars of Postpartum Care and how coming into these understandings both as Mothers/parents and the general community, we can restore the health and wellbeing of our Mothers, and steward a future from a deeply nourished and resourced place.
Brittany has recently released an eCookbook, filled with over 40 nourishing recipes and insight into how to care for our mothers during their postpartum period.
Her offerings into Reclaiming Evolution this summer include: Cyclical Wisdom for youth; inspiring young girls to cultivate a lifelong connection to their body and their own inner wisdom through exploring the practice of Cycle Awareness, as well as ‘Nourished Mother’ which supports in the reclamation of postpartum care wisdom by centering the nourishment and care of mothers, and honoring them as the center of our communities.
