討論完新節目的風格與名稱後,(這是海總機拜訪的主要目的啦!
聊起運動與蛋白質補充的話題。
原來海鮮是優質蛋白質來源,蛋白質品質佳,脂肪含量少,
脂肪甚至還有Omega-3等多種不飽和脂肪酸,
抗發炎又幫助蛋白質吸收。
不過,吃海鮮固然好處多多,
但是在選擇海鮮上,還是要聰明選擇,吃得健康!
健身增肌,維持身體健康之外,
也要愛惜地球,保護海洋的健康喔!
