  • Elyse Glynn - Author of Heretic Behaviour: The Secrets of Demons
    Mar 21 2025

Elyse Glynn has always been a writer. Writing stories from a very young age, all she wanted to be when she grew up was an author. However, her mum gave her some advice that took her away from writing for a while. She told Elyse to go out and get some life experience first so that she actually had a story worth telling and a better understanding of human nature - so that's what she did. Over the next ten years, Elyse studied filmmaking and international relations at uni and joined the Australian Army as an officer. Although she loved her job and got a lot of satisfaction from it, something was missing. So, in 2023, Elyse switched to part-time and focused on writing a story worth telling. That story turned into 'Heretic Behaviour: The Secrets of Demons', the first in a high fantasy series.
