  • I've been having a lot of conversations lately about failure. There are 3 things that I believe we can do to improve our ability to handle and work with failure. 1. Failure is a skill. And like all skills we will get better with time. 2. Stop aiming for failure. Failure is not the target. 3. You're asking the wrong question. Stop wondering what if you fail, stop looking to the future, be present.
