He trained as a cognitive hypnotherapist and trained with the much-acclaimed Quest Institute in London. He is a certified Master Practitioner and have successfully worked as a cognitive hypnotherapist and coach in excess of 13 years. He has experienced many clients who have issues with stress, anxiety, weight loss, addiction and many other problems.

Rob has recently created a group called Retirement Rebels which provides connection for like-minded people. Why? Because humans need connection, and one of the best ways to learn is from someone who has ‘walked the walk’.
