Dawn Price, M.A "Executive Director Dawn Price has led Friendship Shelter since 2008 and has more than four decades of nonprofit management experience. She currently serves on Orange County's Continuum of Care Board, where homelessness system priorities are set. Dawn holds an MA in mass communication from Drake University and a certificate in non-profit leadership from Northwestern University. "
