Radical acceptance is when you stop fighting reality, stop responding with impulsive or destructive behaviors when things aren't going the way you want them to, and let go of bitterness that may be keeping you trapped in a cycle of suffering
I'm learning about radical acceptance as I'm maneuvering through a pivot in life. Radical Acceptance is a form of DBT Therapy, I will not be speaking as a therapist but rather the tools that I've learned while using this practice in my own life.(Thank you in advance for listening through my sinus infection and my life as a mommy)
