    This episode discusses three stressing concerns: (1) students' experience of racism; (2) teachers' capabilities to address or to help overcome or prevent racism; and (3) the educational system's reaction toward racism at school. The episode includes varied perspectives from different guest speakers who are either educators, coaches, or students. 
    We also learn the difference between covert and overt racism and how elementary and high school students experience racism differently. Should we point out the wrong behaviors immediately, or should we use indirect methods to help students realize the problem by themselves?
