Their soul is not upright and therefore they resist righteousness. We read about this from Habakkuk chapter 2 verse 4, in the Old Testament. This verse is confirmed from Romans chapter 1 verse 17, in the New Testament. Those who are willing to live by faith, will live in God's presence, forever.
