    Reuters is reporting that Putin's new peace plan has him freezing the line of contact in the south, while asking for Ukraine to give up territorial control of Donetsk and Luhansk. We'll see if this proves accurate but it comes alongside further stalling tactics from Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov.
