This will prevent a strike before the investor call and the D23 Expo next month. What did the Cast Members get? The three-year contract will give the Cast Members a new hourly minimum wage of $24. Wage increases will occur for others who are not set at the minimum wage. Over the next three years, many Cast Members will see a pay increase of $6.10. Ahead of the opening on August 9, 2024, Disney has revealed the special food and beverage options that will be available at the park for the event. Some of these treats will be available during regular park hours as well. However, I noticed there are significantly fewer options offered outside the special ticketed event this year compared to previous years.
