  • How Minimalism Saved Our Family
    Feb 10 2021

    I'm an aspiring minimalist.

I was overwhelmed by stuff. It felt like I spent all day tidying up and putting things away. I couldn't find the things I needed quickly and with ease. Sometimes I couldn't find them at all. Our weekends were spent in various house projects to maintain all our things.

It was too much. I wanted to enjoy my home and time with my family. So 4 years ago we started on a journey towards minimalism. How did we do it? Was it hard? What worked well and what didn't?

Our entire family has benefited from this venture and we're going to keep at it!

Within the episode we discuss why even in hard times these rhythms are more important than ever and when done correctly healthy for us. We share ideas and alternates to the resolutions you may be used to seeing in media and marketing.

  • Showing Up in our Everyday Spaces: Community In Motherhood - with Ciara Burton
    Dec 29 2020

    Are you hiding?

In the second part of this conversation with Ciara Burton we continue discussing connection. I get real and vulnerable and Ciara coaches me as I seek a motherhood community. She helps me with what I think many modern mothers struggle with, finding deep and aligned friendships. But what if it's harder because I'm hiding? Because I'm not truly open and receptive to those around me, showing up in my everyday spaces? Join us as we explore and I learn more about myself - in my own journey to becoming.
