About this listen
Ricardo Guzman is a Sustainable Development Engineer at heart. Originally from Honduras, he has dedicated his time and research to development, sustainability, climate change mitigation and decarbonisation. He is a decarbonisation leader and promoter of climate action empowerment in Honduras and has been working with UNICEF to cocreate the UNICEF Youth Foresight Playbook. This groundbreaking initiative has been created to build youth engagement capacities, to find tangible opportunities for meaningful youth engagement, and to inspire young people. It is also intended for those who work with young people, to not only embrace foresight methods and tools but to make them accessible, thereby fostering a collaborative environment where youth are engaged as equal partners in shaping all our futures.
This episode was recorded at the Dubai Future Forum, the world’s largest gathering of futurists organized by Dubai Future Foundation. Gathering more than 2,500 global experts from diverse future-focused fields at the Museum of the Future to discuss the most pressing matters that shape tomorrow.
