The holidays are HARD after a pregnancy loss. And it can feel like no one gets that, except for other loss parents.    For the next 6-weeks, we will be going over how you can create the space and boundaries you need to have the holiday you hope to have. We will talk about coping skills, ways to build support, and practice self-compassion. We will talk about specific responses to your sister-in-law announcing she is pregnant at Christmas morning, or your grandmother asking on New Years' Eve when she's going to get her great-grandchild.    I wrote a longer post on mindfulness on our Substack account.
