Az utóbbi években szép lassan visszalopakodnak a hagyományos, regionális specialitások az asztalokra. A Burgenlandi Magyar Kultúregyesület Pannon Kulináris Sorozatának is ez az egyik célja, hogy a régi kulináris hagyományokat életben tartsa. A sorozat immár több, mint 10 éve fut nagy sikerrel. Az idei első workshop középpontjában a friss tepertő – azaz ahogy a burgenlandi magyarok mondják, a csörge elkészítése állt. Weber Katalin riportja.
