 In questa nuova puntata di "Allegro, con Brio!", Gabriele Formenti vi porta di nuovo nel mondo del grande Jazz narrandovi la genesi di "Bitches Brew", da molti considerato il vero capolavoro di Miles Davis. In questo concept-album infatti Davis per la prima volta arriva alla definizione di "fusion", unendo stilemi proprio del mondo rock-pop con quelli del jazz di trazionione. L'album, ancora oggi ristampato in CD e Vinile, continua ad affascinare generazioni di ascoltatori. Ha vinto un Grammy Award nel 1971 come miglior album jazz strumentale e nel 1999 il Grammy All of Fame Award. Con più di mezzo milione di copie vendute, rappresenta il secondo miglior successo commerciale della storia del jazz, dopo Kind of Blue (1959) dello stesso Davis.
