The Royal Registry de Jure is a physical wet-ink record book established under common law for the benefit of the community. For the sole purpose of recording facts of importance; title, ownership, copyright, etc. It has been re-established in order to facilitate certificates of registration for the purpose of identifying individuals and their chattels.
We discuss how all of this fits into todays world and how we can navigate the overall systems currently in place. If one feels so obliged.
