 Ordnung ist das halbe Leben - und Ordnung stellt man wie her? Richtig, durch Organisation! Wo früher bestimmte Organisationsformen quasi stillschweigend hingenommen wurden, nimmt das Thema in der Wissensgesellschaft einen hohen Stellenwert ein. Auf allen Ebenen wird über Aufbau- und Ablauforganisationen gesprochen. Manchmal dreht man am großen Rad und startet eine Re-Org, aber auch im Rahmen eines Kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses (KVP), in Qualitätszirkeln oder bei Retrospektiven kommt man an Änderungen der Organisation oft nicht vorbei. Daher sprechen Jens Daher schauen wir uns mal genauer rein in Organisationsdesign im Kontext von Agile, Scrum, SAFe oder Spotify und klären vor allem, was mit mit einer Organisation erreichen will und wieso die Arbeit am eigenen Unternehmen niemals abgeschlossen ist.
