About this listen

Sarah is a passionate wellness advocate in New Zealand. She was the founder of Greenleaf Organics - a Health food restaurant and beverage company, she works with Ceres Organics which is a brand ambassador for Ceres Organics which is one of NZ's if not NZ biggest Organic Food supplier and she has recently started a new Organic Wheat grass powder company.   And i wanted to chat with her as she is really passionate about Organics and healthy living.

  • What are anti inflammatory foods and why are they so important?
  • Also organic foods, why organic is better, how we can get more of it?
  • Strategies of how people can incorporate more plant foods into their diet?
  • Benefits of wheat grass (My Dad use to grow it back in the day when he was battling cancer)
  • Looking through your Insta in research for the podcast i saw a really cool quote "Study nature, love nature, stay close to nature. It will never fail you" Frank Llyod Wright. I love this! What does this quote do you mean to you and how do you do these things?
