We discuss how Joe has left the world of finance behind in order to return to full time farming and we also meet his beloved pedigree Charollais sheep, the 'Kilconnor Flock'. During this episode we also get a glimpse into Joe's love for soccer, especially the 'League of Ireland' and we also delve into his rich family history in the Carlow area.
It was a privilige to walk the farm and chat to Joe on a beautiful Autumn day.
