Kess Scharff is the Founder and CEO of SEEDS for Change, an organization focused on helping people to be the best versions of themselves by working on physical and emotional wellness. Her focus is teaching people to overcome pain by incorporating playful and whimsical methods of creating the challenges that allow people of various backgrounds and experiences to realize transformational growth. Kess holds over a dozen certifications and has been through numerous trainings focused on physical and mental health. She has spent 20 years working in the wellness industry where she has spent 17+ years personally coaching people to better health. Kess works closely with a variety of nonprofit organizations in the US and internationally where she helps to train and equip people to embrace change, to get unstuck, and to ignite their hearts for the true life God has planned for them. She is a writer and author, change activation speaker, and a transformational life coach. She has traveled to conduct national and international trainings and has been the guest on podcasts sharing what she has learned through her trainings and through her own personal experiences dealing with pain and trauma in her life. Kess is a passionate and dynamic teacher who instantly connects to a variety of people. She believes that her love for Jesus is the secret to her success and she shares that same love with everyone she encounters.
