Tricia and Nigel chat about how our use of words have changed over time, affecting our expression and communication.

When we use less words to describe how we honestly feel, what we see and what we do, the gaps in this expression often affects our understanding of what is really going on.

The room for assumptions, uncertainty and mismatch in understanding is all around us.

So… as we aim to better understand what is at the root of our unhappiness and the confusions and conflicts existing in life today, it may be helpful for all of us to notice our own vocabulary and use of profanity, and that of others, and practice alternative ways of expressing what is happening for you and around you.
