About this listen

In the latest episode of Grounded: The regenerative farming podcast, Kyle and Stuart chat to Lancashire farmers Nat and Roger Marsden.

Nat and Roger breed Luing cattle and Easydam and Cheviot sheep at the farm near the Forest of Bowland.

The brothers farm in partnership and have been transitioning into regenerative agriculture for the last five years.

Bucks Farm is an upland farm with a mixture of owned and tenanted land which runs to around 1000 acres.

The brothers farm a pedigree herd of Luing cattle which has been largely outwintered for a number of years.

The ewe flock has been reduced and is transitioning from an inside lambing mule flock to a more maternal composite outdoor lambing flock.

This podcast is brought to you by Regenerate Outcomes, which supports farmers to grow profits and improve crop and livestock performance through expert mentoring in soil health.
