About this listen

 The New York Police Department is leading the charge in counter-terrorism by bringing together business and law enforcement is an information sharing program, NYPD SHIELD. The NYPD SHIELD is an umbrella program to coordinate the efforts of both public and private security activities. SHIELD seeks to partner with private sector security managers with the goal of protecting New York City from terrorist attacks, foreign and homegrown, based on providing best practices, lessons learned, counterterrorism training, and information sharing.
