About this listen

It's no secret that sometimes the people that hurt you the worst are the ones we are supposed to trust the most. Come with me as I unravel 25 years of trauma as a result of being the child of a narcissistic parent and survivor of mental and emotional abuse. © 2024 My Mother, The Narcissist Hygiene & Healthy Living Psychology Psychology & Mental Health Relationships Social Sciences

    May 14 2024

It's been over a year since I uploaded a full length episode for the show. Take a moment with me as I go over the reality of seeing my mother again, tragically losing loved ones, and learning how to cope with the weight of grief as I answer some of the questions I have received since the last episode.

Audio warning, I worked for a long time trying to fix the audio in post edit as I usually do. For some reason now my microphone is not working well with my recording platform and regardless what adjusting I do to the audio, the background noise is still there. My apologies.

I am dropping this mini-sode to give a bit of insight to what has been transpiring in my life and where I am at with working on my projects.

Here is the link to my GoFundMe I mentioned, please feel free to donate whatever you can in order to help me get through my license course for my career.
