About this listen

In March of 2015, 32-year-old Danielle Sleeper vanished without a trace from Magnolia, Texas. A devoted mother of three, Danielle had just made the decision to leave her marriage in hopes of regaining custody of her two older sons — a major step forward in taking her life back. But just hours after a tense night with her husband, she was gone.

Danielle’s purse, and phone disappeared with her (or did they...?) Her car, it turned out, had been left at a friend’s house. Her seizure medication — something she relied on every day — was still sitting at home. In the days that followed, her family grew increasingly alarmed by her husband’s behavior and the strange inconsistencies in his story. But despite their repeated pleas for answers, Danielle’s case remains unsolved nearly a decade later.

In today’s podcast, we’re going to break down everything we know — the timeline, the red flags, and the questions that still haven’t been answered.
