Welcome to our next episode of the Mindset Practice podcast. In this episode we are delighted to welcome Amy Shelton and Rachel Cornah from Nuclear Waste Management. Amy and Rachel are in a unique position that they share the position of Principal Site Evaluation manager and manage a team and all the day to day activities together full time.
Both Amy and Rachel have experienced Mindset Practices approach individually and with their team.
Our conversation included their experiences of being women in a leadership role in a STEM organisation, the challenges they faced and have discovered leading and sharing a role and how understanding their mindset enabled them to resolve many of these issues.
