About this listen

Welcome, friends! I’m Kari. I’m a Christian woman who tends to learn and apply Gospel principles better with parables and metaphors, so you’ll find a bunch of them in these episodes. It may appear to be the height of hubris, to think my ideas are so profound that everyone should have the opportunity to hear them. I’ve had that thought many times myself, as I’ve considered doing this; but it couldn’t be further from the truth. There have been loads of opportunities, in the course of my church callings, to teach and give talks. And some of the messages I’ve given seem to have resonated with those to whom I have spoken. All I want to do is spread some hope and light of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to fight just a little against all the negativity out there. My hope for you is that at some point you’ll hear something that works for you. You’re awesome and I’m glad you’re here. Also, while I am a life-long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, these episodes are my thoughts and observations only, and shouldn’t be construed as the official position of the Church.Copyright 2023 All rights reserved.
