Following my interview with Janis R. Cohen The Intuitive Therapist, I finally took her up on the offer to do a past life regression. I had my doubts about doing it because I'd tried before and not really seen much. If anything I thought I had made it all up in my head.
I had never been hypnotized before either and it's actually pretty cool. This time I definitely saw some really significant people as well as myself in past lives throughout history. I was able to connect the people in my past lives to people in my life today. Then I was able to connect with my higher self to answer some questions I had about what has been happening to me.
