We are going to be a little silly, a little serious, and hopefully bring a lot of joy to listeners through our antics, through us living our inspiration to do this podcast, through our knowledge of health, spirituality, healing, and empowerment. We have no plans to take ourselves too seriously so we hope you don’t either. We aren’t claiming to be experts at anything. We are just claiming to be authentically us.
