    #373 - Running is an expensive sport. It CAN be a very expensive sport, but it doesn't have to be, if we choose where to spend our money. This week, I give you guidance and some ideas how to spend your money wisely. You may have your own list which is completely different than mine and that's awesome. It helps to know what it important enough to you to spend more money on and where you can save. By making certain items priorities, we can hopefully, spare ourselves from spending too much when we don't have to.

    #372 - Have you ever heard a runner call say someone else wasn't "a real runner"? Have you heard someone call someone disparagingly "a jogger"? This person is trying to gatekeep running. Trying to keep others out of certain running circles is nothing new. Fortunately, it's not as common as it used to be, but it still happens. I explore the subject of gatekeeping today. I also talk about why it may be a positive thing in some circumstances.
