Make it Train

By: Jen Dufresne & Sarah Pay
  • Summary

  • Functionality over performance in a room full of high performers. Cross Conditioning Training is focused on helping people move and feel better through all stages of life. Many of our participants have battled some setback or worked through something challenging to get to the point that they want more individualized attention, thus leading us to define our motto as: “We can Do Hard Things.” And that we did when we opened our first brick and mortar location during the height of the COVID pandemic. Join us as we explore ownership, being female leaders in a male dominated field, performance both in and out of studio, fitness and nutrition as we age, and so many other wellness topics.
