About 10 months ago, Tarryn accidentally went viral on TikTok with a clip about her perimenopause journey—because apparently, the universe thought she hadn’t had enough surprises for one lifetime. Fuelled by a desire to make sure other women didn’t face the same blindsiding, she kept the conversation going, mixing in her own life stories, quirks, and a healthy dose of self-deprecating humour.
Tarryn’s unfiltered honesty and willingness to show off her imperfections have turned her into the relatable, ‘so-not-Instagram’ character that women didn’t know they were missing. After all, who wants perfect when you can have real?
