Sandú describe el ambiente como normal antes de su partida. Leiva explica que la fiesta se realizó en una cabaña rural, sin permisos y fuera del conocimiento de las autoridades. La investigación policial apunta a una disputa por la venta de sustancias alucinógenas como posible móvil. Se ofrecen recompensas y se pide a la ciudadanía reportar aglomeraciones sospechosas.
