About this listen

Lost and Found: A Healing Journey is a deeply personal and faith-centered podcast where I open up about my struggles, my healing, and the powerful transformation I’ve experienced through Christ. Each episode is a step along my journey—sometimes messy, sometimes raw—but always rooted in the hope and grace that comes from seeking Jesus in the midst of it all. If you’ve ever felt lost, broken, or unsure of where to turn, I invite you to walk with me as I find peace, purpose, and healing in Him.

My dad’s birthday gave me a reason to look back and see the quiet ways he loved us, even while long hours pulled him from home. In this episode of Lost & Found: A Healing Journey I share honest memories of movie nights, a long-promised trip to Six Flags, and the small gifts that showed his heart. You will also hear a short story about a mother and son from Pasadena whose broken bond is healed when both turn to God. Their journey mirrors my own and points to the Father who always stays. I close with a prayer of thanks and a reminder that my album UN BROKEN was born from these very cracks. If you have ever wrestled with forgiving a parent or finding hope in the gaps this conversation is for you. Listen, reflect, and share your story with me so we can keep healing together.

In this episode of Lost & Found: A Healing Journey, we open our hearts about mental health and the battles we fight in silence—anxiety, depression, emotional exhaustion, and overwhelming thoughts. With a pastor’s voice and a compassionate heart, this message reminds us that no matter how heavy the mind feels, God is still near.

We walk through Scripture, honest reflection, and moments of encouragement that point us back to the truth of who God is. He doesn’t wait for us to be perfect. He meets us in the middle of our pain. Through quiet whispers, gentle presence, and His Word, He brings peace where there’s chaos and hope where there’s despair.

This episode is for anyone who’s ever asked, “Where is God in this?” He’s closer than you think.

Don’t forget to listen to the debut album UN-BROKEN, available now on Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube.

And if you have a story of how God helped you through your own mental battle, message @ahealingjourneypodcast on Instagram to be featured in a future episode.

  • When the World Feels Like the End

In this episode of Lost & Found: A Healing Journey, Mikey Vasquez reflects on the powerful story of John in Revelation—how a man exiled on an island received a vision that still speaks to the world today. Through journal-style reflections, scripture, and real talk, Mikey connects the pain, pressure, and confusion of modern life to John’s isolation and divine encounter.

This is more than a Bible story—it’s a message of hope for anyone who feels worn down by life and wonders if God still sees them. Mikey also shares the heart behind his debut album UN-BROKEN, created from personal battles and faith-filled moments. Plus, he invites listeners to send in their own stories for a chance to be featured on future episodes.

If you’ve ever felt like your life is stuck on an island… this one’s for you.
