Then Mischa Geracoulis interviews Heidi Boghosian about her new book, “Cyber Citizens.” Boghosian contends that, in a world of pervasive connectivity, Americans must practice ‘cyber hygiene’ not only individually, as a precaution against identity theft, but also collectively, in defense of democratic rights. .
