About this listen
In this episode, Maddy interviews Lilly Woodbury (she/her)! Lilly is heavily involved in all things Surfrider and acted as the Chapter coordinator for Surfrider Pacific Rim. A coastal conservationist, non-profit specialist and environmental writer, Lilly is truly an impressive human and she is SO well spoken!! Like for REAL. She is currently undertaking a masters at the University of Victoria and we get into topics from eco-anxiety, the blue economy (if you have no idea what that is then this is the episode for you!), plastic pollution, Indigenous knowledge and seagrass (we love a seagrass ecosystem). Sit back and enjoy the knowledge and awesomeness!!
