  • Episode 81 - Miriam Wood
    Nov 17 2024

To celebrate International Mens day (yes that’s a thing) we catch up with mens coach, Miriam Wood to understand why she really loves to help men!?!?

Miriam is on a mission to help men live healthier and happier lives. Over her years coaching men from tradies to corporate, seniors and leaders, Miriam has noticed a pattern... in all ages, particularly the ones around 50, that whatever the catalyst: turning 50, retirement, redundancy, separation, divorce, having kids or empty nest.

Even successful men who've achieved their goals and realise they're still empty. The pattern is this - when sh*t hits the fan, it's bloody scary and these capable, strong, loving good guys believe they're having a mid-life crisis, often don't know how to talk about it and what to do to get back on track.
