He is founder of the company Birding Pantanal, and now has a lodge in the pantanal named Aymara Lodge. We focus our talk on the Pantanal and all the great wildlife it has to offer.

This episode I chat with Ken Burgener about living on Sanibel Island and weathering hurricanes. It seems like Ken has led many lives, and we talk about some of his adventures. Ken and his wife own Carefree Birding traveling to exotic places leading tours for birders off cruise ships.

Ashlyn is a marine scientist living in Boston where she has been working with humpback whales and other New England cetacean species for about eight years. I met Ashlyn on a whale watching trip out of Boston where she was the naturalist on board. In this episode we talk all about what it's like on these whale watching trips, and learn about the whales found in the area.

Please join me as I talk with Nicol Paitan. Nicol is a 25 year old medical student at the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. She is also a volunteer at the Acatushun museum in Ushuaia where I met her in February of this year. Acatushun has the largest collection of marine mammal bones, and Nicol tells us all about it.

This episode I continue talking with Tomer Ben-Yehuda about our trip to China. We talk about the other wildlife we saw other than just wild giant pandas and red pandas that we chatted about last episode.
