Artists of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in Perry's first Plein Air event on Saturday, May 17, followed by a free art gallery on Sunday, May 18!

Event Details:

Saturday, May 17 | Observe Plein Air painting between 8 AM and 6 PM throughout Historic Downtown Perry. Artists will also be at Rotary Centennial Park and Arena Acres during limited hours on Saturday.

Sunday, May 18: Enjoy browsing a range of artwork during the free Plein Air In Perry Gallery Exhibit at the Perry Events Center (1121 Macon Road) from 2 PM - 5 PM.

The Perry Dogwood Festival has been hosted by the Perry Area Chamber of Commerce in Historic Downtown Perry for more than three decades, drawing vendors from all throughout the southeast. Historic Downtown Perry provides a charming backdrop for the festival as this event returns each April to celebrate the blooming of the beautiful dogwood trees in the springtime. During the two-day festival, several blocks of Historic Downtown Perry are transformed into a vibrant hub of excitement and celebration.
