About this listen

Let’s get into what it means to be a conscious co-creator in your evolution

working with the Conspire Method in a session. Each session is blending personal development, coaching and movement in designing a life that reflects the type of person we want to show up as in this world.

During a 1:1 we work through various layers of our human experience because our lives are affected physically, emotionally, mentally, energetically and spiritually so when we are deciding to make changes and choose how we want our lives to be instead of just letting life happen to us, it works best to bring all parts of us along for the ride!

We get into:

  • Working where we are and taking it into the future
  • Talk, coach, explore and decide how to move forward into a Conspire Breathwork session
  • Utilising insight in the session
  • Conscious and unconscious mind working together with the breath as the catalyst
  • Determine actions and homework to take forward after the session as a way to consciously create change
  • The more breath we have in our bodies the more powerfully this will be reflected in our lives
  • Phases during the breathing portion
  • Insight, healing, intuition
  • Session ends with feedback

A whole world awaits you within the depth of your breath and we’d love to hear your reflections :)
