Show Synopsis:

- The autonomy of children and their desires and will and how it sometimes conflicts with our own.

- Part of going with the flow might be focusing on cooperation (including our own) and less on control or obedience in some cases.

- Preparing enough in advance so going with the flow is easier to achieve and more relaxation and connection can occur while still hopefully arriving on time.

- Finding the peace of letting go of the rush and allowing for flow or play even sometimes while mid-task, especially when there isn’t a need to rush.

- Embracing a less task oriented approach in life.
