So on today episode we will be reading through Genesis 13 thru Genesis 17.

Genesis 11 narrates two significant events

1. ​The Towel of Babel
2. ​The Descendants of Shem

Genesis 10 is often referred to as the “Table of Nations.”

In Genesis 9, after the flood, God reaffirms His covenant with Noah and his family. He commands them to be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth. God establishes the principle of life preservation, declaring that humans must not shed blood, as they are made in His image. He promises never to destroy the earth by flood again, giving the rainbow as a sign of this everlasting covenant. The chapter also recounts an incident involving Noah, his son Ham, and the subsequent blessings and curses pronounced upon Noah's sons. This chapter emphasizes God’s grace, the sanctity of life, and His commitment to humanity.

God tells Noah that he has to build the Ark for himself and his family and the animals two of each kind of animals male and female and to bring food for the family and animals on the Ark.
