About this listen

In this episode of The Todd Boffo Show, Todd sits down with Colonel (Ret.) Brian “Spiderman” Kamp — a decorated U.S. Air Force officer, F‑15 Weapons School Instructor, and combat pilot whose 32-year career spanned some of the most demanding assignments in military aviation and special operations. With over 4,200 total flight hours, including an astonishing 4,000+ hours in the F‑15C Eagle—equivalent to flying more than 165 continuous days in that jet—Brian’s leadership was truly forged in the skies and the crucible of combat

Known by his call sign “Spiderman,” Brian has led warriors in combat, trained the next generation of elite pilots, and earned recognition as the USAF Weapons School Instructor of the Year (Risner Award recipient). Today, he continues his mission as a pilot for American Airlines and as a mentor through Cru Military Ministry.

In this conversation, Brian shares how discipline, preparation, and character shaped his journey from cadet to seasoned commander. He opens up about the sacrifices of military life, the lessons learned in combat, and how faith anchored him in high-pressure moments. They also explore leadership under fire, the importance of mentorship, and how battlefield-tested principles translate to business and life off the flight line.

This episode is all about resilience, honor, and living with purpose—whether you’re leading soldiers in combat or teams in the boardroom.
