Questo termine si può italianizzare in “Chèsil”.Si ritiene comunque che si riferisca a Orione, o “Orion”, chiamato anche “il cacciatore”,una costellazione molto importante che contiene le stelle giganti Betelgeuse eRigel. In arabo la costellazione di Orione è chiamata gabbar, che sitraduce “gigante”, ed è affine all’ebraico gibbòhr, “forte”.
