 Die Kultur und die Veranstaltungsszene hat durch die Pandemiemaßnahmen wohl am meisten gelitten und tut es noch immer. Auch in Homburg stand monatelang alles still bis vor wenigen Wochen die Maschinerie so langsam wieder anlief. Zufrieden sein kann aktuell niemand, auch nicht die Kulturbeauftragten der Stadt.
