  • In this episode I caught up with Lee Kiernan, guitarist for the band IDLES. I recorded this podcast back in July, at a time when neither of us new when we would get to play in a band again. We didn’t yet know that IDLES third album Ultra Mono would become number one in the UK charts, outselling the top 5 artists combined becoming the fastest-selling vinyl of 2020 so far. We also talk about life on and off the road, from world tours to lockdown, and how all of these things have affected Lee’s physical and mental health. We discuss lee’s love for classic rock music, our shared passion for photography and the time we toured Europe together.
